Furniture is handled differentlyPacking and transport depend on size, finish and assembly state.
Updates follow the orderWe use the contact details supplied with the transaction.

1. Order processing

After an order or quotation is accepted, we may need to verify payment, stock, product options, delivery details and any special instructions before fulfilment starts. Orders are not considered ready for dispatch merely because an online form was submitted.

2. Stock and quantity confirmation

Website stock indicators are useful shopping information but may change as products are sold, transferred or allocated. For large quantities, colour-specific orders or urgent orders, availability should be confirmed before payment.

If the exact item or quantity is unavailable, we will contact you before substituting a different product.

3. Packing and preparation

Furniture may be transported fully assembled, partially assembled, flat-packed or protected with packaging depending on the item and route. Reasonable protective measures are used, but packaging style can vary by product and supplier.

Where a product needs assembly or installation, that stage may be coordinated separately from dispatch.

4. Third-party couriers and transporters

We may use independent carriers for suitable destinations or orders. A third-party carrier is not authorised to change the product price, refund terms or other commercial terms unless Livespace Furniture confirms the change.

Carrier route schedules and depot procedures may affect delivery timing outside our direct delivery areas.

5. Tracking and order updates

Where tracking is available, it may be provided by the carrier or communicated by our team. Not every furniture delivery uses parcel-style live tracking. For direct deliveries, phone or WhatsApp updates may be more appropriate.

6. Partial or split fulfilment

An order containing different product types or stock sources may be fulfilled in more than one shipment if that is agreed or reasonably required. We will identify any outstanding items so that a partial delivery is not mistaken for a completed order.

7. Address changes after confirmation

Tell us immediately if the destination changes. A new route can affect cost and timing. Once goods are dispatched, rerouting may not be possible and may require a new delivery arrangement.

8. Customer collection

Collection is available only when it has been confirmed for the specific order and collection point. Wait for confirmation that the goods are ready before sending a driver or transporter.

The person collecting may be asked for the order reference and reasonable proof of authority to collect on behalf of the customer.

9. Transit damage and handover

Report visible transport damage or missing packages promptly. Keep packaging where practical until the issue is reviewed, especially where a third-party carrier was used.

The Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy explain the next steps for damaged, wrong or incomplete goods.

10. Cross-border or export requests

Cross-border delivery is not assumed from the website checkout. Contact us before ordering. Freight, duties, taxes, customs clearance, export documentation and local delivery may require a separate quotation and may be the customer's responsibility unless specifically included.
